ABSOLUTELY! Our goal is to give you the knowledge and the steps you need to take to close your first (or next) deal. If you are hard working and aren’t afraid to wake up every day and get after it you will surely achieve success. If you still need a little help after the training we are here to assist anyway we can.

Thankfully no! You CAN do this if you are licensed, but it is not required as we are not agents. As far as experience, you don’t need to have any prior real estate experience to get value from our training and start flipping houses.

There’s not really an answer to this, because everyone’s situation is different. We have had students find deals while doing homework during their initial training, and we’ve had other not find a deal until 2 years in. It’s a numbers game: the more motivated sellers you speak with, the greater your chances of finding a deal.

The catch is you! We’ve had success over the last 10 years because our process and systems work. Our business is simple, but it’s not easy. How much work you put in, and how much you want it will decide your success.

Our founders coined a saying early on in our journey: “We want to work with like minded people, people that we like and people that we trust.” If you turn out to not be a fit, we appreciate the honestly and will cancel your membership at the time of you notifying us, and we can go our separate ways happily and with no hard feelings!
